We just rebuilt this condenser that had a bad compressor. We replaced the compressor with a brand new one and while we were at it, we replaced all of the other old parts keeping only the original coil. It was installed this week and it's running perfectly cooling the upstairs of our best customer! The cost of this complete rebuild is less than a 3rd of buying a new condenser and has a one(1) year warranty on the condenser and a five (5) year warranty on the compressor! Same warranty as a brand new unit!
